Rates

General Investigative Rates:
$70.00 Per Hour/Per Investigator negotiable by case and retainer with $0.35 per mile. 
Work is done on a per hour basis and retainers are required in the approximate amount of work to be done.

All the billed times shown include the preparation, travel, activity, reporting, and administrative time associated with the activity or service performed. The Investigator's time is started when the investigator departs the office on the case or assignment.   

Process Service:
Texas Supreme Court Certified Process Servers handle both State & Federal civil process service. Hand delivery of sealed documents and subpoenas. Each paper with a return served is $65.00.   

We provide 3 attempts in Dallas, Denton, Collin and Tarrant counties at the address on the document. Out of county service is billed at an additional fee for any other County plus mileage charge: Service is from the office with a one time round trip charge for three appropriately timed attempts at service. *Notary Fees are included in the cost of document. 

Extra Fee Charges:
·         Rush Service "need service attempted with in 24 hours" is $50.00
·         Expedited service "need service attempted immediately” is $70.00
·         Extra attempts in county (per attempt) after the first three is $30.00
·         Wrong address fee charged for providing an invalid address is $25.00 
·         Wait Time to serve process Per Hour is $55.00
