Investigative Costs : 
Rate $70.00 Per Hour       Mileage $0.55 Per Mile                                     

   *Work is done on a per hour basis and retainers are typically required in the approximate amount of work to be done. For established law firms and corporate clients, some flat fee charges may apply for straight database information without additional investigation. 

   *Computer searches, film, film developing, copies, recording tape, area entry fees, copies or any other actual items incurred that would be expenses.

NOTICE: All investigative services are taxable at 8.25%. 
NOTICE: Mileage is billed out at per mile driven.                                  
NOTICE: Any and all services or costs may change or vary without notification, unless under contract.

   *Costs vary widely by the type of investigation conducted, the complexity of the investigation, and the personnel assigned to each case.  All the billed times shown include the preparation, travel, activity, reporting, and administrative time associated with the activity or service performed. The Investigators time is started when the investigator departs the office on the case or assignment.

Delivery of Process Offered
State & Federal civil process service.
Hand delivery of sealed documents and subpoenas.
 
Each paper with a return served is ------------------$75.00.   

3 attempts in Dallas, Denton and Collin counties at the address on the document and a $25.00 wrong address fee.

Out of county service is billed at additional $30 for Tarrant and $100 any other County plus mileage charge: Service is from the office with a one time round trip charge for three appropriately timed attempts at service.

The one time charge for roundtrip miles is $0.60 per mile - for three attempts at service at proper times to complete the service properly.

* Notary Fees are Not included for the cost of each document.

Extra Fee Charges:
Rush Service "needed service attempted with in 24 hours" is $50.00
Expedited service” needed service attempted immediately” is $75.00
Extra attempts in county (per attempt) after the first three is $45.00
Wait Time to serve process Per Hour is $55.00

Services are offered in all Texas counties; however, out of county billing for other than Dallas, Tarrant, Denton and Collin counties.
